Timeline

A living plan that knows what comes first.

A generic checklist tells you a hundred things at once. The Navigator tells you the handful that are genuinely ready to be done today — because it understands how the pieces of a wedding depend on each other.

Milestones

The anchor dates the rest of the plan hangs on.

Engagement party, venue booked, invitations mailed, RSVPs closed, final headcount, rehearsal, wedding day. Milestones carry dates and categories, and you mark them complete as they land.

  • Dated milestones with category, notes, and completion state
  • Add your own milestones for anything specific to your day
  • Past milestones tuck away so the view stays focused on what's ahead

Tasks

A tailored list, not a template you have to translate.

Your task list arrives pre-built and category-tagged, then bends to your wedding. Each task carries a status you can move in one click.

  • A full starter list covering every phase of planning, tagged by category
  • Statuses that reflect reality: Not Started, In Progress, Complete, Blocked
  • Due dates you can set, shift, and sort by
  • Add, edit, or delete anything — it's your list, not ours

Dependencies

Blocked until it's actually possible.

Tasks can depend on other tasks or on milestones. Until the prerequisite is complete, the task shows as blocked — so you're never staring at work you can't start yet.

  • Task-to-task and task-to-milestone prerequisites, with sensible defaults built in
  • Anything blocked is flagged, with the prerequisite named
  • Filter to unblocked work to see exactly what this week can hold
  • Complete a prerequisite and everything downstream opens up on its own

Staying oriented

Filters that turn 130 tasks into today's short list.

Search, category, status, and blocked/unblocked filters combine, and completed work hides by default. The plan stays big enough to be complete and small enough to face.

  • Filter by category, status, or search across the list
  • Hide completed work; sort by due date, category, status, or title
  • Progress visible at a glance — what's remaining, what's done
